Terms and Conditions

Product Warranty:

SOTA Arms, Inc. has a 6-month warranty on its parts if there are no signs of misuse or modifications to the original product. This warranty covers manufactured defects, and under such defects, SOTA Arms, Inc. will cover the cost of repair/replacement and will pay for the shipping of the product back to the customer. This warranty will be null and void if the customer uses reloaded ammunition with SOTA Arms’ products. This warranty is only valid if item(s) is/are purchased directly from SOTA Arms, Inc.

Warnings:

  1. Assembly Warning. The customer should always have a competent gunsmith assemble a barrel or rifle kit, and to make sure that the barrel is head spaced before its first use. Using a rifle assembled incorrectly or assembled using incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged rifle, personal injury, death, or damage to property.

  2. Ammunition Warning. SOTA Arms, Inc. knows that using reloaded ammunition with its products can cause feeding and other problems, therefore the warranty is null and void if a customer uses them.

Credit Card Information:

We do not keep credit card information on file once your order has been processed. If you need to change your credit card number after your card has been charged, a fee of 5% of your order will be charged to your account.

Shipping:

SOTA Arms uses UPS Ground as our main shipping carrier. The length of time it takes for products to reach you will vary, depending upon your ship-to location. If you have given us an e-mail address, when placing your order, you will be notified with a UPS Tracking number as soon as the product is shipped. Once a package leaves SOTA Arms' facility, we are no longer liable for it.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally, and all orders must have U.S. billing and shipping addresses.

Limitation of Liability:

SOTA Arms shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors:

If, by chance, a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SOTA Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SOTA Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SOTA Arms shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination:

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by SOTA Arms without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site:

You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Indemnification:

SOTA Arms, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) will be indemnified and held harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you.
